Quick Bathroom Makeover
A quick bathroom makeover is very possible especially
for people on the go who want to squeeze household improvements in their
busy schedules. Beginning with a container of paint, you can work
wonders giving a quick bathroom makeover that would satisfy you
to the hilt for the time invested.
There are ceramic and tile paints that are appropriate for
refinishing your bathroom tiles and fixtures to a certain degree. Applying a coat
of paint to the exterior portions
that are not frequented by water. However, if your budget allows, and you have a soiled, hard water stained or cracked toilet .. it is recommended to at least replace your old water closet or toilet
bowl. This can be a quick fix and make a dramatic improvement. Probably not the cheapest makeover item to replace, especially if you need a plumber to do it, but in a

With the advent of ceramic and tile paints, you can reduce your
expenses tremendously by painting over your bathroom fixtures instead
of outright replacing them with new ones. The different painting
suppliers may offer you spray-painting applications for your sink,
tub, and toilet, or even paint brush and roller applications, depending
on your funds and taste.
Among these applications, spray-painting produces the best results,
but this has to be a learned skill before you can get professional appearing application.
Better yet, this can be delegated to skilled applicators so as to
ensure a smooth and satisfactory result for your quick bathroom
makeover. If doing it yourself, it would be prudent to take precautionary measures, such
as ensuring proper ventilation and using the appropriate protective materials
before proceeding with your painting project.
Painting your ceramic tiles can also be done using the right ceramic
or tile paint. This is much easier than one imagines.
Replacing the floor tiles can easily be done in a day. Then you can then move on to repainting your walls using an interior latex
or semi-gloss acrylic paint that have water repellant additives.
